2. Deposit & Payment Policy
🔹 Wellness Rituals
A 30% deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
The remaining 70% is due on arrival before the session begins.
🔹 All Other Services
For premium curated offerings — including The Architect’s Experiences, Lifestyle Companionships, Superyacht, and Travel Experiences —
💳 Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
This ensures your date, time, and personalised preparation are secured exclusively for you.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
🔹 Wellness Rituals (24-hour services)
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment: deposit is transferable toward a future date.
Cancellations made within 24 hours: deposit is non-refundable.
🔹 Architect, Lifestyle, Superyacht & Travel Experiences (1-week services)
Due to the extensive planning and preparation required:
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance: eligible for a 50% credit toward a future booking.
Cancellations made within 7 days: non-refundable.
4. Arrival & Timing
Your experience begins at the exact time confirmed.
Late arrivals may reduce session time without affecting the service fee.
5. Confidentiality & Discretion
All bookings, conversations, and experiences with McKenzie Fox remain strictly confidential.
Your privacy is always prioritised.
