A deposit of 50% on the experience is required to secure your reservation. This ensures commitment and respects the time and preparation invested.
Please note that the deposit will be forfeited if the booking is not cancelled within the stated timeframe.
Banking details will be provided upon receipt of your booking request. All communication and confirmations will take place through your preferred channel — WhatsApp, Telegram, or email.

Booking Timeframes

To ensure the highest level of care, preparation, and bespoke curation for each experience, the following advance notice periods apply:

The above experiences must be confirmed no later than seven (7) days in advance, with a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
To honour the preparation involved and to respect both parties’ time, the following sessions require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, with a 30% deposit payable upon confirmation:

This policy assists in preventing last-minute cancellations and ensures availability is reserved exclusively for you.

Travel & International Bookings to accompany a client on an excursion.
All experiences outside of South Africa, or those requiring air travel, must be arranged at least two (2) weeks in advance to allow for appropriate planning and logistics. Please note that flights, accommodation, and meals are not included in the listed experience rates.

Cancellation Policy

At table dining and sensual massage (24-Hour Notice Services)
To honour the time reserved and preparation involved:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment:
Your deposit may be transferred to a future booking date. -
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment:
The deposit is non-refundable.
Extended & Curated Experiences (7-Day Notice Services)
Due to the bespoke planning and curation required for these experiences:

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance:
Eligible for 100% refund or credit towards a future booking. -
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled experience:
50% of the deposit amount is forfeited, and 50% may be refunded.
